Dr. Angeles began his training at the University of the East Medical School in the Philippines where he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree. He completed his residency at the Harvard Medical School South Shore Psychiatry program, where he served as the administrative and Clinical Chief resident. His work experience includes multiple in- and outpatient settings, crisis and mental health consulting, forensic psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. Dr. Angeles served as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry from 1995 to 2003. Areas of expertise include psychopharmacology in late adolescents, adults and the elderly. Dr. Angeles is Board Certified in Psychiatry and provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacology and education for his patients.

| Crystal L. White, MSN, PMHNP-BC - Board Certified Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Ms. White is a graduate of Northeastern University, Bouve College of Health Science (Boston, Mass.), where she received her MSN as a Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her BSN from Purdue University (West Lafayette, Indiana). She has practiced in the areas of school nursing, rehabilitation nursing, and labor and delivery. She worked as a school nurse leader at the Rising Tide Charter School (Plymouth, Mass.). Ms. White currently works at North River Associates (Marshfield, Mass.) providing mental health counseling. She brings her enthusiasm for evidence-based psychiatric-mental health nursing and psychopharmacological/medication management to patients in the practice. She's currently accepting new patients (18 years old and older).

| Catalina P. Felix-Angeles, MSN, PMHNP-BC - Board Certified Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Felix-Angeles is a graudate of Northeastern University, Bouve College of Health Sciences (Boston, Mass.), where she received her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study as a Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her BSN from Southern Illinois University (Edwardsville, Ill.) and her MSN from University of Massachusetts (Dartmouth, Mass.). Ms. Felix-Angeles is a USAF Veteran, having served over 20 years in the United States Air Force, earning several distinctions and awards, and is Lieutenant Colonel by rank. She has practiced in the areas of infection control, emergency preparedness/bioterrorism, medical/surgical, orthopedics, hemo-dialysis, pediatrics, community health, and critical care nursing. She would like to specialize in the care of adults with ADHD and the use of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She's currently accepting new patients (18 years old and older).

| Tammy Hancock, CNA - Office Manager
Ms. Hancock is currently working towards her RN degree at Bristol Community College. With over 17 years of experience in the health care profession, both in nursing homes and as a psychiatric Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Morton Hospital, Ms. Hancock enjoys advocating for patients and seeing the rewards of providing compassionate care. She presently serves as the Office Manager for this practice.

| Lydia Trow - Medical Billing Specialist
Ms. Trow holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from Bristol Community College in Fall River, Mass. She is an experienced medical billing specialist with nearly 25 years of professional medical experience at the office of Dr. Rodisendo P. Oalican in Taunton, Mass. She presently serves as the Medical Billing Specialist for this practice.
