Edgardo C. Angeles, MD/Psychiatrist

Dr. Angeles began his training at the University of the East Medical School in the Philippines where he earned a Doctor of Medicine degree. He completed his residency at the Harvard Medical School South Shore Psychiatry program, where he served as the administrative and Clinical Chief resident. His work experience includes multiple in- and outpatient settings, crisis and mental health consulting, forensic psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry. Dr. Angeles served as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry from 1995 to 2003. Areas of expertise include psychopharmacology in late adolescents, adults and the elderly. Dr. Angeles is Board Certified in Psychiatry and provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacology and education for his patients.


Luz Evangeline Dizon, MD/ Psychiatrist

Dr. Dizon began her training at the University of the East Medical School in the Philippines where she earned a Doctor of Medicine degree. She completed her residency and fellowship through the Harvard South Shore Psychiatry Program. Her work experience includes acute inpatient and outpatient settings, resident teaching, crisis, psychiatric consultations in medical/surgical and primary care settings, and geriatric psychiatry. Dr. Dizon served as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School Department of Psychiatry from 1995 to 2006 and is presently an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tufts Medical School Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Dizon is Board Certified in Psychiatry and provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, psychopharmacology and education for her patients.


Earl John D. Mauricio, MD/Psychiatrist

Dr. Mauricio is a licensed Psychiatrist for the state of Massachusetts. He began his training at the University of the Philippines, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. He also completed his residency in New York City at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Hospital Center, where he provided diagnostic evaluation, psychiatric consultation and psychiatric treatment in the Comprehensive Addictions Day Treatment Program, the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program and for an alcohol and substance abuse program. Dr. Mauricio’s work experience includes emergency psychiatry, outpatient and inpatient psychiatry, research psychiatry, family therapy, consultation and liaison psychiatry, community psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. Dr. Mauricio is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Board Certified in Psychosomatic Medicine.


Elizabeth Nasser, Ph.D./Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Nasser began her training at Case Western University in Ohio. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial VA Medical Center in Bedford, MA and her post-doctoral fellowship in Geropsychology at the VA Boston Health Care System and Harvard Medical School Division on Aging. Dr. Nasser currently works as an independent practitioner at The Centers for Aging and Memory in Worcester, as well as The Memory Center in Cotuit, MA. Dr. Nasser specializes in providing neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, consultation and education to older adults and their families. Dr. Nasser provides consultation and education to a variety of residences for seniors. In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Nasser has taught at the university level and also has a variety of published works and presentations to scientific meetings.


Kristen Costa, MSW, LICSW / Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Kristen completed her Master's degree in clinical social work with a specialization in group work therapy from Boston University School of Social Work. Ms. Costa's training includes corrections, community-based mental health, and private practice. Areas of specialization include: grief and loss, anxiety, depression, women's issues and family issues. Ms. Costa draws upon strengths-based, cognitive-behavioral and skill-building models in her work with individuals, couples and families. She provides biopsychosocial evaluation and ongoing counseling services. Ms. Costa is also the founder of the Helping Helpers Initiative. Jeff Duncan, MS, LMHC/Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Jeffrey Duncan has a background in psychology and holds a Master's degree and Certificate of Clinical Specialization in Family Healthcare Medicine from Nova Southeastern University. His training includes working in hospitals, residential treatment programs, community-based therapy centers, public schools and in the private practice arena. Areas of specialization include family systems, ADD/ADHD, medical family therapy, depression and anxiety. Mr. Duncan draws upon a range of treatment approaches including brief treatment, cognitive-behavioral and systems theories. He provides evaluation and treatment to individuals, couples and families.


Catalina P. Felix-Angeles, MSN, RN/Office and Accounts Manager

Catalina holds a BSN from the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a MSN from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. In addition to being a registered nurse, she is certified in homeland security, with interests in bioterrorism and infection control. Ms. Felix-Angeles is a USAF Veteran, having served over 20 years in the United States Air Force, earning several distinctions and awards and is Lieutenant Colonel by rank. She has practiced in the areas of medical/surgical, orthopedics, hemodialysis, pediatrics, community health and critical care. She currently serves as the Office Manager for this practice.


Tammy Hancock, CNA/Assistant Office Manager

Tammy is currently working towards her RN degree at Bristol Community College. With over 17 years of experience in the health care profession, both in nursing homes and as a psychiatric Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Morton Hospital, Ms. Hancock enjoys advocating for patients and seeing the rewards of providing compassionate care. She presently serves as the Assistant Office Manager for this practice.


Nancy Chase, Assistant Office Manager

Nancy has over 20 years of experience in medical office management. She attended Bridgewater State College in 1984, where she studied Elementary Education. Nancy worked for Goddard Medical Associates for over 10 years. She currently works as a unit clerk at Morton Hospital in Taunton, Mass, and has worked there for 10 years. Nancy presently serves as the Assistant Office Manager for this practice.


Lydia Trow, Medical Billing Specialist

Lydia holds an Associate degree in Business Administration from Bristol Community College in Fall River, Mass. She is an experienced medical billing specialist with nearly 25 years of professional medical experience at the office of Dr. Rodisendo P. Oalican in Taunton, Mass.  She presently serves as the Medical Billing Specialist for this practice.
